Safe Ground Has a New Office

Safe Ground has a new office located in Loaves & Fishes' Friendship Park. Its a bustling office staffed by volunteer Safe Ground pioneers and located within Loaves & Fishes' Friendship Park, where up to 700 homeless people visit each day for free meals and other homeless services.

A Moveable Sleep

We are asking churches, synagogues, congregations, business owners and owners of empty lots to permit a group of homeless individuals to stay overnight on their property for a single night at a time. Since it is legal to camp on private property for 24 hours, this would provide the SafeGround campers a sanctuary from arrest. Please contact us for more information if you can help.
